Massage helps heal the body in many ways! Receiving massage can allow the space and time for the mind and body to find its own approach to relieve stress levels, re-set energy levels, detox, and release stagnation.
Service Offerings:
Relaxation massage, (lighter pressure, increases circulation)
Firm therapeutic massage/ deep tissue ,(releases "holding" and "knots" in your tissue, reduces inflammation, encourages healthy tissue growth).
Prenatal massage, comforts and relieves stressed and over worked muscles during the many transitions during pregnancy. I have a body pillow to hug as you lay side line.
Hot stone massage, is wonderful for the physically over worked body, tight muscles, and for those who relax more easily with warmth. (Hot stone cannot be scheduled if you are pregnant).
Complimentary essential oil aromatherapy
**My base massage oils are scent and nut free.
Rates and Services:
Rates for Relaxation/Swedish, Firm Therapeutic/Deep Tissue, and Maternity are the same, the length of time you request your massage to be is the difference.
